As long as we are human, we can only ever make decisions under the influence of our emotions. And in situations like the one we have been in for the last one year which occur once in a lifetime, we in fact are more under the influence of negative emotions - again its all part of being human. But yes, we can learn to become more aware of our own emotions an when that happens, we are under less influence of our emotions especially the negative. And that's when we are able to learn to make decisions not from the place of fear and frustration, rather from a place of faith and hope.
